In many homes, especially in suburban and rural locations, the patio is one of the most cherished places in the home. Patios remind us of good times with friends and family, as the kids play and the ribs sizzle on the barbecue. Many of us also spend a considerable amount of money on our patio furniture and equipment to make it a more inviting and charming location.

Limestone Cleaning
To carry out successful Limestone Cleaning on a floor it is first important to understand what kind of material limestone is. Limestone is a sedimentary rock composed largely of calcite which is a form of calcium carbonate ? a soft material which is also known as chalk. Under certain conditions calcite can be dissolved into water, but this happens only with the right factors such as water temperature, pH and ion concentrations. As this material is so easily eroded it is very important that Limestone Cleaning is carried out very carefully to prevent damage. Limestone is very sensitive to acids so when choosing cleaning products absolutely no acidic materials can be used. The besst method is to use a mild soap and degreaser. After your floor has been properly cleaned ? which can easily be carried out by professionals ? it is a good idea to get the floor sealed. Not only will this protect your floor from stains and spillages it will also enhance the beautiful colours already present in your natural flooring. Modern sealants are very subtle and do not have a plastic like appearance that some sealants can give.

Kitchen Berkshire
I have to admit to quite liking cookery programmes on the television. Alright, Ready, Steady, Cook might be pushing it a bit but I do enjoy Nigella conjuring up naughty things in the kitchen and Jamie`s menus certainly tick all the boxes for me. Whether it`s Rick Stein cooking fish dishes or Gary Rhodes showing me the perfect roast, it makes me want to get into the kitchen and start cooking up my own culinary masterpieces. Of course, our kitchen at home isn`t quite as grand as that of th

Hospital Furniture
When I was four year of age I was admitted to Booth Hall hospital because of an underactive thyroid gland. Our GP had incorrectly diagnosed the condition for a number of months and I was a poorly little boy. In total I spent 6 weeks in hospital and I can still remember this experience vividly. I had this small bedside cabinet in the hospital where I kept my favourite books and toy model cars. Most people use the cabinets at the side of their hospital beds to keep a few personal effects. This type of Hospital Furniture is ideal to keep novels and magazines in whilst cards, flowers and jugs of water can be placed on top of them. Over the years Hospital Furniture has changed somewhat and bespoke furniture items can be made for various health authorities. Manufacturers can build and install the furniture to their customer`s specifications for any number of purposes. Bedside cabinets or wardrobes can be constructed as can a wide range of work surfaces. Dedicated stations can be built for nurses to sit at and desks can be supplied to cater for health team members. It was quite a few years ago when I was admitted to hospital with my thyroid condition but I can still remember the Hospital Furniture that was at the side of my bed.
